My way of baking frozen French fries: Baked Fries Frozen French fries (1-pound or 20-ounce bag, or half of a 2-pound bag) 1-2 ounces butter Italian seasoned bread crumbs Garlic powder to taste Grated Parmesan cheese Place the fries in a baking pan lined with double layer of aluminum foil. Melt the butter and drizzle over fries, toss to coat. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, garlic powder and Parmesan, and again toss to combine. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
