Good morning, I slice mine up short ways and put them in a bown and put some olive oil and seasoning on them and then shake them around and sit for a bit. Then I dump them out on cookie type sheet and bake them in either toaster oven or regular oven for half hour or so. They are awesome. Bake to your taste for softness. Hope this helps, Rich
