The Emerald model I tried was not accessible enough to work for me. I worked with it for about an hour before deciding to send it back. I loved the oven concept for that fryer, but the controls were knobs that turned but it was very hard to know where you were in the cycle, and the cycles changed depending on which function you were using. I think a partly sighted person might be more successful with it but as a totally blind person I was not comfortable with the controls.
