No it’s not hard to fine I must miss wrote what I said, it takes apple cider vinegar, a little bit of cumin garlic and some ground chili like Mexico chili, or some other brand I have to going to to find it LOL but no it’s easy to find and yes chorizo is a Mexican sausage that can be spicy or mild depending on how it’s made, you could use beef or pork some people use ground chicken
