Keto Garlic Green Beans

 

Ingredients

1 pound of Green Beans, fresh, ends trimmed

2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

2 tablespoons of Butter

2 cloves of Garlic, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons of Salt Flakes

ΒΌ cup of Slivered Almonds

 

Directions

1. Boil the beans for 5 minutes until tender and drain well.

2. Place a non-stick frying pan over high heat and add the oil, butter,
garlic, and salt.

3. Saute the garlic and salt for 3 minutes then add the almonds. Saute until
the almonds are browned.

4. Mix through the green beans and continue cooking for 3 minutes.

5. Serve immediately.
