Hi Jennifer, Well first, pineapple is really sweet so you should be careful, as most fruits, they are loaded with natural sugar so always be careful of how much fruit and amount you eat. If you don't want to use pineaple, just go ith out, or substitute with any of your favorite fruit (fresh fruit, not juice) like cheery, strawbeery, peach even mano Something that will go with he original fruit.
