I like the minute rice cups, I make them in the microwave, then add butter and shredded cheese and mix them in.

You can buy quinoa, rigatoni, instant rice, brown and white, basmadi and jasmine and even pollenta. Amazing, especially on these hot days when you don't want to heat up the house.
