Baked Cinnamon French Toast From Mama Peach 6 slices white bread 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1 teaspoon vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place bread slices to fit in single layer into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. In bowl, combine eggs, milk, maple syrup, butter and vanilla. Beat just until blended. Pour evenly over bread. Bake for 30 minutes, or until firm to the touch. Serve hot, with additional maple syrup.
