KETO COLLAGEN SHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup full-fat coconut milk 

1/4 cup cold water 

1 scoop collagen protein 

1 scoop vanilla bone broth protein 

1 tablespoon goji berry powder 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Pour the coconut milk and water into a high-speed blender.

Add the collagen protein, vanilla bone broth protein, and goji berry powder.


Blend on low speed until smooth.
