KETO GREEN SMOOTHIE 


SERVINGS: 1 TO 2 

TIME: 5 MINUTES 

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1/2 cucumber 

1/2 avocado 

1 cup fresh spinach 

1 teaspoon matcha 

2 celery stalks 

1 tablespoon chia seeds 

1 scoop vanilla keto protein powder (or collagen protein plus 1 tablespoon
MCT oil) 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. 

 

Make It Vegan 

Replace the keto protein powder with 5 to 6 drops liquid stevia.
