Keto TURMERIC SMOOTHIE 


SERVINGS: 1 

TIME: 5 MINUTES 

 

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk 

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1 teaspoon ground turmeric 

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 

1 scoop collagen protein 

5 drops liquid stevia 

5 to 6 ice cubes 

1/2 frozen avocado 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Place all the ingredients, except the ice cubes and avocado, in a high-speed
blender. Pulse several times. 

Add the ice cubes and avocado and blend on high until smooth. 

 

Make It Vegan 

Omit the collagen protein and add a plant-based keto protein powder.
