EASY BAKE CRUMB CAKE
Thanks to Susan Tabor for this one! 1 box yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/3 c. water CRUMB MIXTURE: 4 sticks butter 4 c. flour 1 1/3 c. sugar 3 tsp. cinnamon 3 tsp. vanilla Salt CAKE: Grease 12 x 17 inch pan and flour. Mix all cake ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes. (While cake is baking make your crumbs.) After 17 minutes, remove cake. Sprinkle crumbs on. Put it back in oven for 17 more minutes. (If the cake cools the crumbs will not stick.) After the cake cools, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. CRUMBS: Melt 4 sticks butter. Add flour, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and pinch of salt. (If crumbs get greasy, add a little more flour.) Enjoy.
