Easy and delicious FESTIVE FALL CAKE

  1 spice cake mix (or apple cinnamon cake)

  2 lbs. Ricotta cheese

  3/4 c. sugar

  4 eggs

  1 tbsp. vanilla

  1 (20 oz.) can pie apples (Or a can of apple pie filling.)

Mix cake as directed on box. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan;

set aside.

Mix with electric mixer the Ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and

vanilla.

Pour mixture over unbaked cake.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Spread can of pie apples over cake.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Enjoy.
