Microwave Salmon Loaf
1 egg 1 cup milk 3 pieces of bread cut in to cubes 1/4 cup melted butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 16 ounces cans salmon, boneless or skinless In a large bowl, beat egg slightly and mix in butter, bread cubes, milk, salt and salmon. Place the salmon loaf mixture in to a greased 9 inch pie plate and cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for nine to eleven minutes rotating dish after five minutes.
