I grew up in NC. There was a recipe that everybody served at showers, birthdays, parties in general. I am pretty sure it is crushed pineapple, cream cheese and mayonnaise. (some of us used miracle whip.) It was usually made into white bread sandwiches. I might be able to figure it out, but, does anybody actually have the recipe? Thanks.
