Anyway while I too believe that it would be worthwhile to engage with European 
institutions I much less clear on whether they want to engage with the WG. 

Who do you and the other co-chairs plan to invite to Warsaw?

Your point about "assured service quality"? Oh dear... Some folk are indeed 
getting desperate.
