Dear colleagues,
The RIPE NCC signed two new Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) yesterday
during RIPE 75 in Dubai: one with the Telecommunications Regulatory
Authority (TRA) of the United Arab Emirates, and another with the
American University of Beirut (AUB).
The MoUs formalise the existing relationships the RIPE NCC has with each
of these organisations, which come from our increased involvement in the
region.
The two agreements are very similar in nature, and focus on organising
and promoting training courses, meetings, academic initiatives and IPv6
roadshows. The RIPE NCC also agreed to provide the TRA with technical
expertise, and agreed to work with the AUB on promoting RIPE Atlas in
the Levant region.
