This year ENISA is doing a project on the security and resilience of OTT communication and collaboration services. For this, ENISA has partnered with Plum Consulting to undertake a study, having as a goal is to better understand the security environment for OTT collaboration services and also gather information about the resilience of those services in the face of a variety of risks and threats. To gather the above mentioned information we are conducting a survey amongst industry experts. We intend to get a landscape snapshot of the adoption, risks, mitigation measures, and COVID-19 factors that affect OTT security and resilience.
