Dear colleagues,
The RIPE NCC, the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of
Uzbekistan, and telecommunication operator Uzbektelecom signed a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 9 February 2023.
The MoU focuses on cooperation between the parties on the development of
the Internet in Uzbekistan and capacity building through training
courses, meetings, conferences and workshops. It also includes the
promotion of RIPE Atlas, RIS, and IPv6. The parties also agreed to
cooperate with academia and support the development of IXPs in
Uzbekistan.
