Dear colleagues and members
We have received a lot of interest from the community regarding our January
open call to form a Small Task Team.
The STT will work on a Coop WG community response to then pending EC
consultation on the future of digital infrastructure in Europe.
The European Commission consultation has been published last week:

While this it is in no way a small task, we would like to thank the following
RIPE community volunteers for stepping forward:

Bastiaan Goslings, from RIPE NCC, will be providing necessary staff support for
the Small Task Team work to be organised.
We plan to share our draft response prior to its submission and we hope to have
time allocated at the RIPE86 meeting Coop WG to discuss it further.
