Hi everyoneI have a rather low-resolution map 3.5 A with a lot of NCS
i.etwo copies of a dimer .
I was looking into doing some non-crystallographic averaging in coot

However when I run the NCS maps GUI menu item . Coot proceeds through the
calculation and promptly crashes.
The stdout messages are not very helpful. I am using a fink installed binary
and coot version 0.5-pre-1

mango:~ hari$ coot --version
0.5-pre-1 (revision 852) [with guile 1.8.3 embedded] [with python
2.5.1embedded]

wondering if I can get this to work before I resort to lsqkab or rave to get
my NCS maps. Though neither of them are as easy to use as Coot
