Hi, I've not done any building for a while, and am using 0.4.1 for 1st time and OSX 10.4. In the select rotamer window there are new text entries to the left of the % value labelled mt, tp, tt, pp etc.
Anyone know (hopefully Paul must!) what these indicate, or where I can find a list of the abbreviations. Thanks
