Hi all,
I am trying to install coot on my macbook (Intel, OSX 10.5.4) from bill
scott's binaries on sage. I was able to successfully install ccp4 but coot
is giving me trouble. I get the following error,
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
coot: Depends: librsvg2-shlibs (>= 2.20.0-1) but 2.9.5-11 is to be
installed
Depends: librsvg2-gtk (>= 2.20.0-1) but 2.9.5-11 is to be installed
E: Sorry, broken packages
I also tried to update librsvg2-shlibs and librsvg2-gtk to 2.20.0-1 using
fink but fink says no such packages exists.
Can someone steer me in the correct direction!
