For some reason the font labels on graphs like the above (density fit) and Ramachandran are messed up on my ppc computer but not my intel computer in which, as far as I can tell, the installations are otherwise identical.
Is anyone else having this sort of problem? Latest coot installed with fink: % fink list coot Information about 7135 packages read in 1 seconds. i coot 0.5-pre-1-1325-1 latest gtk+2/pango-cairo.
