Hi, I am having problems executing the NCS EDIT command... I have 2- fold NCS and want to apply the edits from CHAIN "A" as my master molecule to the "B" chain. I am using the command following command which is not working...
copy-residue-range-from-ncs-master-to-others 0 "A" either nothing happens or I get error "std pipe broken" I am using Coot 0.4.1 Any help/suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Janesh
