If you click on the links to chapters 1-6, you are taken to chapters 1-6. However, clicking on chapter 7-9 takes you to a URL named chapters 7-9, but the content of the page is n+1. E.g. the chapter 7 link takes you to http://www.ysbl.york.ac.uk/~emsley/coot/doc/chapters/user-manual_7.html#SEC173 but its content is "8. Hints and Usage Tips " Similarly, the link to 8 takes you to 9 and the link to 9 takes you to the index for A-M. The link for the index takes you to the index N-Z. Regards, Mitch
