Hi all,I am trying to make a NCS averaged map in coot, but failed. The error messages are "can't make graph of molecule 1. find_ncd_matrix returns junk...". So I guess the NCS was found by SSM. The structure is small, and has little secondary structure. SSM wouldn't work on it. Is there another way in coot to get the NCS averaged map to work? Thanks.
