Just a quick note. You are using conventional PDB version 3.x format
residue names. Coot does not yet properly deal with version 3.x files.
Sadly. At the moment, Coot understand "native" Refmac dictionary names
or one letter codes for residue names. This will of course be addressed
in the future.
Pierre has the right work-around.
