I have not been able to change the default difference map coutour levels
in .coot. The entry
(set-default-initial-contour-level-for-difference-map 3.5) does not have
any effect for me in any version of coot I have used (currently using
0.6-pre-2008). The difference maps always start up with a default
setting of 3.0 after auto-open MTZ. Is the setting command
mis-formatted, or is this a bug?
