Coot uses clipper to read mmCIF data. clipper expects the Fcs to have
column labels _refln.F_calc (or _refln.F_calc_au) and _refln.phase_calc.
If you do not have those columns clipper (and hence Coot) will think
that you do not have calculated structure factors.
