Dear all, I am running coot-Linux-i386-fedora-4-gtk2 on fedora 10 linux computer.
For some cysteines in my structure there is not possible to choose between different rotamers since the options are not visible when pressing "Rotamers...click on atom" I have multiple conformations of Cys213 and in chain A I could select a second rotamer while in the B-chain there was no option.
