One thing that did occur to me while watching a user manipulating a protein with several ligands (note our CGI scripts call Coot with the protein & possibly up to 8 ligands all in separate files) was that it might be nice to have a 'Save changed' function, otherwise the user either has to save each molecule in turn, or remember which molecules were changed. Or since the exit routine knows there are unsaved changes you could offer to save only the changed files at that point. Maybe one for version 7! Cheers -- Ian
