Two questions: 1. When I hit 'Add Alt Conf' on an atom, the dialog box pops up right in the center of the screen, almost always hiding the atom I am clicking. Is there some way to tell coot to place the dialog box somewhere off-center? It does not happen with other dialog boxes. 2. When I use 'Edit chi angles' on MSE, no matter how much I rotate any chi angle, the SE atom stays put in its original place. It should move with the preceding atom...
