Hi, I can run Coot by typing:
sh /home/me/Documents/ccp4/Coot-0.5.2/bin/coot I'd like to be able to just type Coot and have it run. Normally I'd just add it to bashrc but I don't believe Coot is set up for this - it needs to be a .sh file for this to work I think. How do I go about adding it to bashrc? Thanks!
