Hi all, I am running coot version 0.6 pre on Mac OS X 10.5.8. Everything was working fine upon installation for couple of months and all of the sudden after trying to real space refine a residue funny looking dots would appear around it (as is shown in the attached photo). It appears that these dots are somehow showing the interaction with the neighboring residue or water molecules. Could anybody help me with turning off this feature?
