I recently updated the F14 (and upcoming F15) builds to SVN 3442, so a
yum update should fix that.  Unfortunately, coot still depends on
guile-gtk, so there are a few broken scripts. I've pinged Paul about
this.

If security is your priority, use the fedora packages.  If you need
bleeding edge, use the nightly builds (caveat emptor, etc, etc).
