Hello,
I am using COOT 0.7 pre 1 rev 3602. If I mutate a DNA nucleotide to dT
(DT) the C7 (or C5M) is missing.
This is happening with 'old' DNA renamed according to the new naming
convention (dT-DT and so on) as well as when starting from an ideal
B-DNA base pair. In addition would it be possible to implement that one
can build DNA in both directions, starting from one nucleotide? At the
moment adding a terminal residue always adds the residue to the 5'
phosphate.
