That should definitely not be! B-DNA should have the new dictionary
residue and atom names.
In addition would it be possible to implement that one
can build DNA in both directions, starting from one nucleotide? At the
moment adding a terminal residue always adds the residue to the 5'
phosphate.
:) I think if you have 2 nucleotides then you can build on the 3' end -
At the moment, it just has to guess what you mean - and in your case
guesses wrongly. So add a dummy residue on the 5' end and then add to
the 3' end then delete the dummy residue. That should work.
