1. Displaying ball-and-stick representation of a residue turns dashed lines representing LINKs ball-and-stick style for other (unrelated) residues.
2. Ball-and-stick representations are undisplayed and can no longer be turned on using the display manager if the stereo status is changed (e.g. to hardware and back to mono). 3. Ball-and-stick representations are written to the state file, but seem to be mixed up in the display manager with other objects (e.g. displaying/undisplaying the first one switches the second map on/off etc.) after the state file is read back in. Using 0.7-pre-1 (revision 3669) [with guile 1.8.7 embedded] [with python 2.6.0 embedded] on fedora12, fedora12 build and 0.6.2 stable on RHEL5, centos5 build. Tiny nuisances... and rather disastrous if one wishes to impress a VIP guest in the movie room. JED.
