1. Displaying ball-and-stick representation of a residue turns dashed
lines representing LINKs ball-and-stick style for other (unrelated)
residues.

2. Ball-and-stick representations are undisplayed and can no longer be
turned on using the display manager if the stereo status is changed
(e.g. to hardware and back to mono).

3. Ball-and-stick representations are written to the state file, but
seem to be mixed up in the display manager with other objects (e.g.
displaying/undisplaying the first one switches the second map on/off
etc.) after the state file is read back in.

Using 0.7-pre-1 (revision 3669) [with guile 1.8.7 embedded] [with
python 2.6.0 embedded] on fedora12, fedora12 build and 0.6.2 stable on
RHEL5, centos5 build.

Tiny nuisances... and rather disastrous if one wishes to impress a VIP
guest in the movie room.

JED.
