FYI, Several/many mails that I've sent to this mailing list seem to have
been (and continue to be) lost somewhere (Thunderbird/Orange/Microsoft
Exchange/Jiscmail (I have my suspicions)). I am sorry if that has
happened to a reply to a mail that you have sent.
