Dear All, By coot validate geometry analysis function, we can get the analysis result. Click each bar of the corresponding residues, we will know what is wrong with that residue. Are the residues shown by the geometry analysis are the rotamer outlier residues by molprobity?
Then any one introduce to me how to correct each kind of geometry deviations detected? Cheers, Dialing
