AFAIK this can currently only be done by the EXTENDS program, and only for difference maps (AFAIK there's no way of doing it for 2mFo-DFc maps, even assuming you have a reliable way of estimating sigma for 2mFo-DFc maps). This means you would need to read in your map (as opposed to the MTZ file route, since that doesn't perform the sigma calculation step). HTH -- Ian
