When using "Fit protein" extension the memory consumption by coot goes steadily up. On 200 aa protein the memory consumption by coot just went up from 120Mb to 320Mb. Stepped refine adds another 40Mb but immediately and it does not grow as the refinement goes through the sequence. I noticed this when trying this on a structure with ~3000 aa in the asymmetric unit - it quickly ate all of the 4Gb available on this machine and essentially stalled the computer as it started swapping furiously. Obvious workaround is to break the model into smaller chunks, but it still feels like a bug.
