Dear Coot users, Has anyone had trouble with fitting the main chain for phosphorylated residues in coot? After i do real space Refine Zone over the phosphorylated residue the main-chain of the phosphylated-residue is not connected to the adjacent residues. Is there some trick to getting the main-chain connected? My density maps are ~2.5A resolution and the residue has the standard name such as HETATM PTR.
