Hello all, I am haveing a problem with running coot on an older Linux RHEL 5 workstation. I downloaded the following binary from the CCP4 website, can't get the coot site. coot-0.6.2-binary-Linux-i386-rhel-5-python-gtk2.tar.gz
Once all is set I get the folloiwng error. COOT_PREFIX is /usr/local/apps/coot-0.6.2 /usr/local/apps/coot-0.6.2/bin/coot-real /usr/local/apps/coot-0.6.2/bin/coot: line 247: 28033 Floating point exception(core dumped) $coot_real $@ /usr/local/apps/coot-0.6.2/bin/coot: line 254: 28034 Floating point exception(core dumped) $COOT_PREFIX/bin/guile -s $COOT_PREFIX/share/coot/scheme/coot-crash-catcher.scm $coot_real $* Any idea as to what is missing or why this is cropping up would be apperciated.
