Yeah... the thumbnail problem has been there since the introduction of
enhanced-ligand :-(
When I import monomers HEB or HEC into coot (using “Get Monomer”), I
observe the behaviour you can see in the attached screenshots -
distorted bond angles and incorrect connectivity. HEA looks a little
more normal but still a bit strange.
Yes, indeed. These look like issues in the Refmac Monomer Library. I'll
speak to Garib.
