Dear coot user: I have a .mrc which is cut from a big cryo_em map by chimera, now I want to load to coot, so I can examine whether the model has fit to this .mrc well in details. But it seems I can see any thing by open .mrc file to the coot, I also don't know how to transfer the .mrc to .mtz formulate, Can anyone help? Thanks a lot.
