Hi all,

I was trying to figure out how coot was coloring by b-factor (so I could use
this info to color by ramachandran probability, which I had assigned to the
B-factor column), and I noticed a strange thing.

I expected coloring to be on a non-repeating scale, say from blue to red, but
it isn't - it goes from blue (0-5) to pale green (10-20), to bright green
(25-35) back to pale green (40-45), to orange (50-65), back to pale green again
(70-85) to red (>85)

See picture of polyala helix here, in which b-factor increases by 5 per
residue, from 0 (N-term) to 100 (C-term)

I'm not sure whether this is an intentional decision or a bug - thoughts?

Cheers,
