Also, semi-related to this, when the representation is set to "Color by B-factors - All", Coot still shows hydrogens even if the draw_hydrogen_state is set to 0 (or the same is set via "Edit"..."Bond parameters").
This doesn't seem right - if I've told Coot not to display hydrogens, I think it probably shouldn't display them no matter what, unless I unset that parameter. Cheers, Oliver.
