Hi all,

Just a couple of minor bugs to report in Coot 0.8 (stable) and subsequent
nightlies.

First, very minor, the "Jone's Rainbow" representation option seems to be
treating all residues (including waters) as part of the range to be colored by
spectral coloring, rather than just the connected protein residues in a chain,
leading to low contrast (rather than N red and C blue, N is now blue and C is
green, depending on the number of extra waters etc):

Here is a comparison of the coloring of 3CH3 in 0.7.2 vs 0.8.1-pre:

0.7.2: https://www.dropbox.com/s/w42a40pdxi0zt4w/072_rainbow.png?dl=0
0.8.1-pre: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8wsqzr9puaoskqm/081_rainbow.png?dl=0

Also, sort_residues() doesn't seem to be working anymore. I use this function
in some custom scripts, and it now seems to be only working sporadically - see
this version of 3CH3
(https://www.dropbox.com/s/1m5a835ypank0n5/3ch3_sorted.pdb?dl=0) in which I
added (using add_terminal_residue_using_phi_psi()) a residue to the N-terminus,
then sorted the residues - the residue is still at the end of the file, whereas
in prior versions (before the release of the 0.8 stable version) it was sorted
into the correct location.

Many thanks,
Oliver.
